Child care is a very personal decision that parents have to make many times during the younger stages of their children’s lives. Do you need child care while you are working or just need some time for yourself? Do you have a baby or children that still require supervision?
When meeting with our representatives, it is important that you share as much as possible regarding the preferences you have for your family and the person you want to be responsible for your children. We want to learn about you and your family – what do your children like to do? Read? Do crafts? Do puzzles and play with blocks? What do your children struggle with? Sharing toys? Listening to instructions? Playing alone or with others? Do you think your children need more time playing outdoors? Do you value reading to your children? What are the television rules in your household?
Our nannies/babysitters can be available to take care of your child/children from newborn/infant, toddles, preschool age, grade school or teenagers. They also can provide care for a child who has special needs, recovering from a hospital stay or who is home sick from school.
*Summer time arrangements can also be made.
To be referred through our agency, nannies/babysitters are thoroughly screened and must meet specific requirements. The minimum requirements for our child care providers include:
- Minimum of one year of professional experience
- Completion of CPR and first-aid training
- Verified references
- No criminal record
